请教一下 dominant negative 是什么意思 ? 具体的解释

负显性,相当于是artificial构造的一个蛋白,这个蛋白对于target protein是显性,这样就block掉了target protein的作用,相当于knockdown了

负显性,相当于是artificial构造的一个蛋白,这个蛋白对于target protein是显性,这样就block掉了target protein的作用,相当于knockdown了

A mutation whose gene product adversely affects the normal, wild-type gene product within the same cell, usually by dimerizing (combining) with it. In cases of polymeric molecules, such as collagen, dominant negative mutations are often more deleterious than mutations causing the production of no gene product (null mutations or null alleles). . v" A* d. 简单的说就是你转进去(通常是过表达)的蛋白(突变型)抑制了体内正常蛋白的功能!

简单一点就是 蛋白是这种蛋白,但是其没有功能。有结构有序列没功能
