^$ {8 U" [6 I& ]$ z7 P- ^
3 ?3 v1 L) |6 e, Q8 t1 H
1 b2 G8 b/ B& E 5 h1 z/ _& k. K h
% f8 c- Q- O1 |# [, G+ v
图1 图2 ' ]2 V( a( a8 |* d2 N% X8 E
* D, S( u8 B; S. H* s2 t% A; P1 b8 f' M 这个时候,就不难明白按Last Updated排序为什么会出现混乱的问题:ENDNOTE在对Last Updated排序的时候,首先是按照Last Updated排序的,但是排序并没有结束,而是接着再进行了Author、Year、Record Number排序。如果想完全按照Last Updated排序,则需要把后面的Author,Year,Record Number替换为None,然后才能得到满意的结果。其它字段排序也是类似的操作。: g( |5 s' ^$ C. I1 M) Q- V
。。。。0 a4 h- a- m$ d1 |1 u

Sorting the Library
0 P% U- e. y* HThe Sort Library command provides a way to arrange all references showing in the Library window for browsing, exporting, printing, or copying.5 N- x# }2 o" s/ Y
EndNote libraries are typically sorted by the first author’s last name and first initial, year, and record number. When you add a new reference, or modify an existing reference, EndNote automatically files it in this order. Use the Sort Library command to change this order. The current sort order remains in effect until you change it again.

Note: EndNote reads the default language (or locale) setting from your operating system and uses it as the default language for character sorting.
