求助：干细胞移植标记问题？

     我的课题方向是干细胞移植，想在活体动物观察细胞移植存活情况，现在不知道什么样的细胞标记为好？移植后动物饲养时间大概2周左右，不知道什么样的细胞标记较好？我自己也搜索了一些方法，如：用荧光染料染细胞然后移植到细胞体内，如：DAPI、PKH26，但是似乎认为荧光染料有假阳性问题；还有就是用GFP转染细胞，但是耗时且花费不少，我想问问大家，我如果就用花费相对较少的荧光染料标记细胞能发SCI 的文章吗，大家也知道研究经费有限啊，能省则省吧？不知道有没有人用荧光染料标价细胞后已经发过文章了的，指点指点小弟吧？谢谢了先！

这方面做的很多。尤其是PKH26。但是PKH26是比较贵的。只要你用心去照这方面的SCI不少。1 E, n- e; }3 |; s
