By the way,I agree with the idea that Cell-free is the final solution of stem cell therapy. Just like Chinese medicine theory,Cell factors which  compared to medicine were used to help regulate the inner balance of our body and prevent diseases.

微环境是起着重要作用,从近来发的一些小分子提高重编程效率和改变细胞培养环境就可看出.但归根结底还是通过epigenetic 影响基因表达水平引起的.它只不过在创造我们所需基因表达的环境,这是间接的.而一些外源基因的导入却是直接的.
