The 293FT Cell Line, a derivative of the 293F Cell Line, stably and constitutively expresses the SV40 large T antigen from pCMVSPORT6TAg.neo and must be maintained in medium containing
- a+ Z# \! V2 m9 X7 NGeneticin. So it's different from the 293 T cell line.

There are so many factors  influncing your transduction efficiency:1. MOI too low; 2. Too much antibiotic used for  selection; 3. Cells harvested too soon after  transduction; 4. Gene of interest is toxic to cells; 5. Non-dividing cell type used etc.

如果不包装病毒，直接用脂质体2000转染目的细胞，比如MEF，结果会怎样呢？目的基本是不是也能转染到MEF中去？
