Duties and Responsibilities:) h$ h6 d, v! X+ m
1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background.
9 f1 J. E/ V4 i6 d: _# e2 R2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
( H% j( C# @8 b9 G) y3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.1 X4 e9 [0 P4 A9 I0 e
4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.
. \' e. o( c1 b4 I6 Y5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.. B9 X( p1 p% E
6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
) K% C+ `0 Z: ~( Y1 Z- z& K* _) z7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.
* J* L$ p# u% B# G8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.
  g" O* P9 X, d7 N' Z9 S9. Help with other tasks and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.! z! Z4 a1 q7 _+ K( P# E
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
