My protocol is 800 Rad for Balb/C or 950 Rad for C57Bl6 24 hrs before the BM cells injection.  (3x10^6 cell >>100% survival after 8 weeks, 1x10^6 cell>>~50% survival after 8 weeks)
2 R  F& r, x; @I was told that just 1 HSC is good to reconstitute blood system. But I don't know how do you define your HSC.0 U7 a2 N! \, w3 N$ R
But if you inject BM cells as I do, you will see GvHD symptom.
