间充质干细胞具有强大的免疫调节作用，反过来，炎症对间充质干细胞的生物学特性有什么影响？能否就这方面的文献进行讨论一下？

间充质干细胞免疫调节作用体外实验基本在混合淋巴细胞反应中加入对T细胞等增殖的影响来实现，而在这种混合淋巴细胞反应环境中，MSC本身也受到了影响，有文献报道混合淋巴细胞反应中产生的炎症因子等能影响MSC的免疫调节能力。不知这方面还有什么其他文献，望大家讨论。

去年nature medicine 上有一篇文献，说炎性因子IFN-r和TNF-a,可以刺激受体T cell发挥作用，清除移植的MSCs，题目是：Mesenchymal stem cell–based tissue regeneration is ) i% _' u* s0 I( n! q5 [5 G3 U

间充质干细胞有免疫调节作用，这种免疫调节作用肯定不能恒定存在的，炎症因子激活调节MSC的免疫调剂作用。稍后发文献。
