胚胎干细胞何时能应用到临床,最初始的细胞不表达组织相容性复合物,但异体由于生物发育模式不同,在体内成熟过程,抗原会被识别,难免会产生免疫排斥;IPS先不说诱导方法,单是基因整合就有很大的危险性;现在市场临床治疗可以用的还只有成体干细胞,先不说安全性有效性如何,起码不会有危险;7 Q, K0 g) K i
