1 H" ]' E1 w! t1 u/ H' YThere are so many factors  influncing your transduction efficiency:1. MOI too low; 2. Too much antibiotic used for  selection; 3. Cells harvested too soon after  transduction; 4. Gene of interest is toxic to cells; 5. Non-dividing cell type used etc.

如果不包装病毒，直接用脂质体2000转染目的细胞，比如MEF，结果会怎样呢？目的基本是不是也能转染到MEF中去？
