germ line是生殖系的意思。系，你可以理解成一条绳索， 位于这条绳索上想细胞，都自始至终都沿着这条线走，举个简单的例子，pgc，原始生殖细胞，是所有生殖细胞的老祖宗，在迁移到生殖脊后就分化成性原细胞，然后在继续分化成性母细胞，这些性母细胞在继续分化最终成为成熟的配子，即精子或卵子，而从pgc开始到成熟的配子，这些细胞全部都属于生殖系的细胞，即germ line cell，而其中的性原细胞，就可以认为是干细胞，即germ line stem cell。（当然其实对germ line stem cell的定义不是这么简单的，我这里只是概况的说一说） 5 {; g" J!
